So my boss sent me a msg at 00:05 to update production.

And here I was at 7:30am reading it with a poker face thinking "no dude, my working hours are not like that, lol. Get a life."

    I hope these people know we are a human being that happened to be quite good at computers, not wizard that could fix it in seconds, not robot that doesn’t need to rest or eat, and certaintly not an AI

    I often receive message from boss at night. Any. Random. Time.

    But here is the catch: we don't have to do it right away. He is just working then, not us.

    @NoMad yeah, I used to answer, now I just ignore everyone until I'm in the building.

    Did he even mean for you to reply right away? If this was a msg over slack or something -- I often get messages on the weekend or at weird hours of the day, because some other departments in the company work weekends and we have people working in other timezones too. It's not expected that I reply right away, just that reply the next weekday morning.
