You can try and contact an employment agency that specializes in relocation. If you don't mind working in the gulf countries, you can try naukrigulf - sometimes they find you good matches.

Another option is taking an internship in a global company. Obviously it sucks since you already have experience but it will get you closer to where you want to be.

@Mba3gar Relocations to Europe are pretty rare for my area of expertise- usually it's USA, Canada, the far east or Australia.

I looked into positions in Europe since I'm an EU citizen, but most careers options are just meh. Unless you have a family in EU, you should consider relocating elsewhere.
