Have you ever had to get over someone? I don't mean in a relationship. I mean having that person betray you in a way that shows that they are beyond help?

That's what I'm dealing with right now. I'm not crying I've skipped: anger and denial, I've breezed through bargaining, right now in the middle of acceptance and depression.

Now I'm having a hard time admitting I had feelings for her at one point. 🙁

@oudalally Thanks dude. I would have added more to this reply but that would have meant I'm not getting over it.

@JohnScott If youre dipping to the point where it gets really bad. Eat a piece of chocolate.

🍫 contains Serotonin that releases endorphins.

And if you want the most effective way to deal with it: Meditation. When I smashed my moms car & my xps to pieces my mind was shattered and incredibly fragile. Rant is on my profile.

Now, because you probably hate reading as much as I do or just investing time in something weird because your mind is overloaded with other things anyway:

📱Use the Headspace app. The first few guided lessons were enough for me to deal with the situation and their priced plans are really acceptable. You'll get talked through the entire process while you meditate.

I am not sponsored or anything, just sharing what has genuinely helped me overcome extreme remorse.

    Things will get better. 🙂
If you happen to try the app let me know how it was. Best wishes man.

    Yep.
Broke me completly for several years actually. Confidence was completly gone. It's rebuilding now slowly. But there was a time i couldn't look people in the eye at all.
Time helped and support from my bf whom I met a while after. Also seeing people being happy and satisfied with my work.
