I FUCKING hate companies/startups/ANY WORK ENTITY that doesn't respond to job/internship applications , i don't care if it's a yes or a "your application is shitty and you are a shitty applier and there's thousands of appliers better than you" at least give me something to carry on with my internship search .

Even more hated are those who respond with a plethora of tests and don't answer back with results when you do them .

    Have to agree. I once went for an interview at a well known, big electronics store in the UK. They messed up on timetables so all rooms were double booked, with 12 candidates or so to interview. I ended up being there for 6 and half hours before I finally left.

    They didn't call. They didn't email. I am still angry to this day.

    On many occasions, it's hard to respond to everyone. Maybe if we implement "Bruce Almighty email respond", then that may work.

    @sylar If you have time to review every application, you have time to respond, even if it's a simple template.
