I'm sorry for being such a dick that I'd rant about a rant, but this one just deserves a medal.

Its actually quite amusing seeing the other guy run around like a headless chicken. I've always enjoyed messing with this kind of people online.

@rsync I don't enjoy memes, which is why I filter them out. When I see one which is mislabeled, I just don't look at it and go on with my day. But this time, this one had "here's a meme" in it and I just couldn't resist the urge to address it.

And then the arguing started. I don't want anyone to pick a side here, it's just that I found it amazing how stubborn a person could be. It's not about categories anymore.

Anyways, looks like he's stopped. I've got myself a little downvoting devil on my shoulder from now on! Thanks, (at)JAY505, for keeping me entertained for this bit of the night.

80% of what you do is being a dick, intentionally dumbfound and you seem to be a bit full of yourself. You don't go from noob to pro in JavaScript from one tutorial video series on the internet. Sorry to break it to you, but you are still in baby shoes. So you going around insulting people and calling them non jokingly plebs is just the cream on the irony here.

@TheOct0 You can't generalize that. I am on Reddit & 4chan aswell. Being a douche is platform unrelated, although closing yourself off in the wrong places having conversations that are unreflected just digs bad character traits deeper in.

@beggarboy I am on reddit too, and I have seen a lot of this toxic behavior. Dames goes for when I browsed 4-chan. Maybe you know those places more than I do, but, from my experience, they have the highest concentration of those.

@TheOct0 I have visited places on the dark web out of interest that I can not specifiy here without getting into trouble, but I can tell you from experience that the further you dig, the darker it gets. I have seen things I would prefer to unsee, and I am happy my head only kept the spongy outlines. If you're ever curious what the places are like, they are for the most part what you think they are.

One of the most problematic sections of 4chan for me seems to be /pol/ because it's where a lot of bigots and some nazi's go on about their day. Not saying there isn't decent people in /pol/, but it's always the unpleasant that stands out the most.

@beggarboy I know the deep web. Trust me. I use it as much as the clearnet, and I wouldn't want to unsee what I encountered there. I, just like you, don't want to get into trouble, so I just won't mention anything.

And I'm not a member of 4-chan, I just see the rumble around it. And this website has the worst of images. Apparently, some members are respectable, but I wouldn't go there either way.

Basically, it started as me telling him to label a post as a meme, and not a rant. I usually don't do that, but this one said "blabla so here is a meme", hence why I just addressed it.
Then he went on about how it was a rant and not a meme, so I argued with him (it was more of a game to me), and he started to downvote all my posts and to insult me. I didn't care, he was just fun to play with. I posted this somewhere during the arguing, and the rest isn't important.

Since I wanted to report his behavior anyways (because he was being quite toxic) I have grabbed screenshots, tell me of you want them.

@AlexDeLarge I never meant for this to be taking off, to be honest. I expected everyone to just overlook my post, which I named a "rant about a rant" or something. But it seems like it attracted a number of people. At least, it was quick and harmless.

@ScriptCoded Well I fueled the fight, so that's my fault as much as his. And it's nothing amazing.
