I hate long email exchanges with a client. I can never get a feel for when it's ok to break with the formalities of greeting them or saying thanks.

    and i'm struggling with greeting in. the first place...
    "Hello"... no lets change that
    " Hi" ... oh god no, maybe...
    "Hey" -nah
    "Greetings" ... what.
    ok ill take "Hello" then

    I always match my greeting with theirs.

    Never fails and you show the same respect for him, that he shows for you
