Ive been looking for a contact manager for Android with a certain feature, but can't find anything for it.

Ive got quite lot contacts on my phone and some of them are from people online (devRant and other communities) as well as family, friends, old classmates etc.

Sometimes I forget who is who and thus Ive to add people as: "Jane (devRant)", "Jane Doe (Niece)", "Jane (Classmate school A)", "Jane (Classmate school B)"
Now I am looking for an app that allows for adding tags to a contact (preferably multiple) to avoid polluting names with something behind the name.
I dont need any cloud saves for it, although I would like it to be able to export/import it to csv, xml or json.

Does anybody know an app that fits my needs?

I use the contact management that comes with nextcloud and make use of multiple categories and probably many of the properties you can assign to people there.

I don't know what other export options are available aside from vCard but maybe this could serve you purpose. (Though setting up a nextcloud just to have contact management might be a little overdoing it, I guess. ^^")

Also there was some app I read about - maybe a week ago - that was described as the digital equivalent of a rolodex but I can't remember the name.

@Codex404 I read that as IoT contacts 😂😂😂

If you use Google, it serves all the purpose. Is cross platform and sync is too good.
