How do you guys gets out of your mental funks??

I normally meditate or more recently use yoga. But i can't do those at all hours of the day.

    I go for a walk everyday or else my mod will fuck up :/
    Walk twice one hour after work (6pm) and one hour at 9pm

    First walk to get me out of work mood
    Second walk is for me to enjoy lol

    I'd walk but my neighborhood isnt conducive of relaxing walks

    Alcohol, unhealthy food, loud music, and holidays.

    i usually go for a run, +5km at least but idk if it would help you too :\

    I got one of those "girlfriend" deals.
    Quite nice. I suggest trying one out, but be careful in choosing, because a bad choice can course the opposite effect.

    @thatgirl We do have a treadmill. But it's the same as running outside. Good on you for being so fit lol

    @NarkoCat Forcing myself into a relationship just as a way to help me when I'm depressed is an awful way to get into a relationship...tried it before, it just adds stress on my plate

    @thatgirl i meant to say "not" the same. Outside gives me a certain feeling when I run, like I'm Rocky lol. The treadmill does produce that runner's high though.
