@cafecortado not really weed is illegal and land is way more expensive since we're a small country.
Spain is kinda sparsely populated and weed was never really illegal there -
tosensei894123h@antigermanist there's more of them in germany, though. also, weed is legal for recreational use in germany - in spain, only for medical use.
seems to me your plan is not well-thought. -
@tosensei i assume by "germany" you mean majorque?
Anyway not really. Spain is de facto legal and had cannabis club for ages. For-profit sales is forbidden but if you live there you can join a club and they're supposed to be operated as non-profit. -

tosensei894123h@antigermanist don't confuse "legal" with "decriminalised", buddy.
also: sorry, but i trust some random map on wikipedia more than you, given your track record of being.. you know.. batshit insane. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... -
@tosensei as far as i remember simple possession was never prohibited in spainish law in the first place.
I mean it's a grey area, under international laws it's illegal everywhere -
@tosensei https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
Sale and importation of any quantity of cannabis is a criminal offence, punishable by jail time. The purchase, possession and consumption of cannabis in a public place constitutes a misdemeanour punishable by a fine and confiscation of the product. Consumption and cultivation by adults in a private space is legal, the latter due to a legal vacuum and provided that it is shown to be for one's own consumption.[12] Cannabis plants that are located somewhere visible from the street/public place (i.e. from balconies) are considered a serious administrative offense, which leads to a fine from 601 to 30,000€.[13][14][15]
Look what matters on the ground is that when i was there no-one stopped me from joining a cannabis club and tasting good shit, and they operated sort of openly. I looked them up on the ground. It was never really enforced in spain asaik, even under franco you would get a fine or something. -
@tosensei compare that to france, where even talking positively about cannabis is a criminal offense lmao
The hypocrisy is crazy lmao they all down their bottle of wine a day but I'm the addict -
@Lensflare actually the opposite. I stopped drinking because i could get legal cannabis and it taste / feels better
One day I'll realize my dream of buying some land in spain and becoming a weed farma / tantric sex cult guru
