    bluelog, redfang, spooftooph, bluesnarfing

    just like that I have your contacts, messages, call log, calendar, etc. all be cause you wanted to look like Shrek, now why do I need to decrypt audio packets?

    not possible - its bluetooth. Yes, bluetooth without DH validation* is suspectible to compromise during the initial pairing, but once paired, security is solid.

    And a MITM intefering with pairing would make your phone lose the connnection when you aren't in range of the MITM anymore. So you would repair then, thus the MITM would be "kicked out"

    *DH validation means both devices show a code on its display, which is calculated out from an encryption key from a DH exchange. If codes don't match, you either are attempting to pair with a MITM or a device which isn't yours.

    Apple haters talking about security is laughable.

    @xroad erm, not hate

    it's just that the largest install base becomes the richest target

    or are you one of those people who thinks Apple products are unexploitable. Because that's still hilarious to this day

    @OiYouYeahYou security is a myth my friend. doesnt matter what we use.

    @rookiemaverick sort of agreed. I measure security in time and ease of exploration.

    but, most people do need to have an enlightenment to how insecure the world actually is

    @OiYouYeahYou yes but there's various degrees on insecurity. And Apple is light years ahead of Android in terms of security
