@TobyAsE turns out the new folder had a space in the name, and the Pipeline file wasn't prepared for that.
Jenkins, why you be so fucked up? The same pipeline file runs in one folder, but fails at the root of the Jenkins server. It's the same code! Literally, the exact same code, I just moved the job into a different folder.
