Is it bad that I kind of don't like using DuckDuckGo as a search engine?

I mean, I use it cause duh privacy. But when it comes to search results- google always gets what I want-

Jesus that kinda sucks why can't i get both

    Duckduckgo works better with search terms where google works better with search sentences.

    You have to relearn how to search

    @Codex404 How do you exactly "relearn how to search" :(

    Im using DDG on all of my devices for roughly a year now and I can't remember needing to adapt to it. It might have happened subconciously but I never had any struggles with searching. And as @sudo-rm-rf mentioned, DDG got your back with the bang syntax (which is brilliant imo)

    @RantSomeWhere
    Startpage has also a Dark Mode which is really nice 😁

    @Teakay DDG has one, too. Can't live without it.

    Have you looked at searx? Linuxxx is hosting an instance.

    @irene I guess he means that google is better at under standing search queries like: "Why does my pc not start?" and ddg "pc boot problem".
    I never use full questions anyway, but many non technical people do so.

    @sudo-rm-rf also works at the end of a search too.

    Just yesterday I had to use DDG to search one site because google blatantly left it out of search results.
