Fucking shit! So I built this new gaming rig: https://devrant.com/rants/1795588/...
....and fuck!
Firstly the RAM does not fucking run on 3200MHz. The maximum stable speed is 3000MHz...
A secondly, the CPU is so fucking HOT! 50 degrees Celsius in BIOS, underclocking when I try to run stress test. I knew it is thermal paste, so I decided to take the cooler off and see and buy a new better paste and wtf AMD, their paste is so shit, that there was actually no layer of paste on the CPU, only on the edges big piles of it. WUT?

@FrodoSwaggins I dont think it is ok. It is not only BIOS idle, it is also in windows or linux 50 celsius. When I run stress test, it was above 80 degrees (86 at max) and CPU was throttling immediately.

Also I dont like how noisy that cooler is, so I will probably buy a new one from noctua.

    Exactly what @FrodoSwaggins said.

Additionally it seems that you are using the stock cooler. The preapplied thermal paste is plenty and does its job pretty good. Unless you have over tightened your screws on the cooler. Than you may have pushed it to the edges.

Also please keep in mind that this paste is to close small gaps between the IHS and the cooler plate on the cooler. Not gaps in the sense of oh there is 1mm of space but more like oh I have a scratch in my IHS. Too much of that paste will have a negative effect on the cooling performance.

Are you using the integrated ram profile or setting yourself, if you are don’t forget you will need to increase the voltage going to the ram. Ddr4 stock is like 1.2v but the profile will set 1.35v

So, I bought a shitty thermal paste until the cooler arrives and the temperatures are maybe 5-10 degrees lower. But still the fan is so noisy :/ cant wait...

Also IDK why but my GPU power was on Windows still above 35% and now I installed KDE Neon and both CPU and GPU are much cooler.
