The robotics proffessor has offered me :
1- joining uni's robotics team
2- joining the startup team

I then asked if I can take both of them and he said this is not recommanded.
So what do you think?
Whick of the 3 items (3- none) fits best?

full ass one thing instead of half assing two

Number 2 heavily depends on how much you like the team and if they are competent enough and good team players

Take the one that receives the most funding. You might have the best toys to play with.

Startup is just a buzzword I'd say go robo

Both usually translate into tons of expected overtime with lousy pay. If you're finished with uni, I would decline both and take a profitable job.

If you're still student and want/need some sidekick, that depends on your plans for your future. If you want an academic career (paid like shit), I'd take uni robotics. Otherwise, I'd take the startup because that's relevant industrial experience that will boost your CV when applying for a real job after studies.

@R1100 it's like when there first were apps ... Everybody's like I'ma need me some of dat apps 🎉

Or innovation, gotta have me some of dat good old 🤦‍♂️ innovation 🤷‍♂️

I've devved through the web2.0 era and sure it delivered some new standards and such.

Sure startups are hot topic, but do you want or would you work in this nice? Then pick the fruit! I like international opportunities, but that IS JUST ME 🤓 lol
