Data structures are everything and everywhere. They are the foundation of everything you will ever build. Know and understand these by heart.

Algorithms you can look up when you need them; whatever. Useful for passing tests, I suppose.

Update, I got 8/10 on this quiz. I don't know what kind of magic he did but I'm thankful for it.
