Maybe joke/meme should be the standard category/the one with the biggest button. Most of the time if something is in the wrong category it's a joke/meme posted as a rant. I think people wanting to post a rant would know to click on rant and people too stupid/not caring when reposting some old meme will automatically post it as joke/meme.

While it would mean to acknowledge defeat, it would still be beneficial to all
