Over the past week I've been working on a game written in JavaScript (in the browser) which can be played with hand gestures seen by a camera (wanted to use an IR camera but couldn't get one in the time I had). It is the well-know Shell Game!

Blood, sweat and tears went into this because I wrote my code extremely bad so it became a huge clutter.

Will refactor some day, but I'm happy with the result!

    That is quite nice... wonder if I could do that with Arduino and sensors...

    @GyroGearloose

    No

    Use rasberry pi. It can run linux at least. Remember that video processing is a resource heavy process!

    @Gregozor2121 I mean, instead of using video as a motion sensor, using infrared or ultrasonic sensors instead of buttons...

    @GyroGearloose I am now waiting for your work on the subject. You have the week and will be paid in exposure. Thank you very much!

    (Honestly though, I love to read about your "experiments"!)

    @localjoost Good job!

    And nobody mentioned me ? How fucking dare you all ? But now this is really nice project. I mena really nice. If its was written in Java or C++ or C i would contribute but i hate JS

    Hey @Haxk20, just saw a post that might interest you! It's in JS, unfortunately, which I know you hate, but it should give you ideas!

    Anyway, I'm surprised no one mentioned you before, but better late than never!

    @Gregozor2121 Is it really? Image processing models have come a long way since the problem was first tackled. But it can ofc be considered heavy if you try to run it on an Arduino (probably due to lack of parallel computation on pixel data)
