    @al-m People from outside EU try to get some kind of EU education (masters or bachelor's degree) this way you can both get an initial visa and become more reliable for the employer, since you can attend interviews face to face.

    I know this guy who works here as a developer and he comes from Asmara, Eritrea. But he had studied bachelor's degree here with us.
