@ganjaman things like this is very annoying, take for example slack desktop app ( a text chat program built with electron and react ) and visual studio code (text editor with 40% IDE functionality built with electron
and 0 UI framework). visual studio code still runs FUCKING FASTER THAN SLACK. SLACK eat's up memory as if it has gone for hunger 1 year hunger strike.
