roger1086ywell.. when most of the time life feels worthless, there's not much that I can think that will change my mind.. what's the point of waking up and do whatever you do if at the end will be the same.. what's the value of my life in earth.. it's hard to find motivation to keep on, some days

@roger I know it doesn’t feel like it now but there is hope that things can get better. Do one thing that makes you feel better—even if it’s just a tiny bit. Text a friend, play with a pet, anything. Prove to yourself that your mood can be changed. If it doesn’t, try again tomorrow. Slowly, you’ll see you can shift your emotions for the better. And remember there is support available if you need to. -
