Do you guys know any good certification to ensure my (hypothetically) eligibility as a developer?

Unless it’s something really niche (AWS engineer or something) then no, only your work and project history will keep you relevant.

the reason for this is I have a subject (Im still in Grade 12) about Work immersion and our teacher tasked as to make a cv and present it tomorrow.
The only problem I faced while I made it was the certification part cause I didn’t know what to put there

Yep, gawa ka side projects tas upload mo sa GitHub or kaya if may extra money, gawa ka portfolio site, in your own domain.
