I want to be the CTO in ten years. I'm 25 now, and think it's possible. My former boss was the CTO and he inspired the hell out of me to work hard and invest in myself. I have a lot to learn but I'm eager to figure it out.

I don't know what you put behind CTO, but I was the CTO of a medium size company by my early 30s and I'm not a genius.

Hard work, being humble, never lying to myself, never being afraid of failing (and I did fail gloriously) and some luck that's what made the job for me.
