When you import an image into an Xcode project with the extension png, everything is fine. When you do it with PNG, it will show a warning saying that the extension is invalid. 🤦‍♂️

    good! all png files should be '.png' anyway, why use caps lock in the 21st century? apple is just ahead of the curve, you might as well batch-rename your stupid caps lock extension files.

    @kiki well, guess who made the extensions PNG… it was an iPad! 😂
    Screenshots made on an iPad have extension PNG.

    @Lensflare on mac, when you drag files from photos app to desktop, it preserves the original file name with extension. but if you copy and paste it, it changes the name, and afaik the extension is lowercase. the file is not the same though, it's smaller

    Your code is garbage. You don't even know that file extensions are case-insensitiv in macOS, idiot.
