In my countey christmas is in summer.

And it sux.

I used to love snow. Last year it reduced my walking speed so much (and completely disabled me from bicycling) that I started to hate it 😐 it does look beautiful, but it's such a mess when you actually want to get things done...

got a good view to get in the mood for the holidays....

@Condor and if you have crappy shoes which don't have any protection from water, stepping into the snow = getting sick if you don't take them off and go in a warm place in 10 seconds

@mishaor oh yeah, I have that all the time with my shoes because the soles always tend to wear off within half a year (which I find ridiculously fast.. smells like planned obsolescence). But I keep wearing them regardless, until it really gets too bad. I hope that my current pair of shoes will last longer, but I don't expect much of it anymore.. there is apparently some kind of spray that impregnates the fabric on the shoes with some water-resistant kind of "thing" though. I've bought a can of it when I bought my current pair, not sure if it works but at least it's something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
