@Hypergeek A year is too much, give him couple months to understand how things really work, and they assign him a lot of work
-
@FahadAlt - It's usually taken 10-12 months for the douche quartet, of any team, to drop their guard and go off the rails. Everyone has a bad day, a crappy week, a shitty month... but once it gets to about a year, the patterns become obviously malicious.
@dsteiner - I do wish you luck, though. Sometimes we get lucky enough for a workplace to click. Very rare, but not impossible. -
@thatDude - Honesty - filled with opinion - with a little bit of love sprinkled on top, for good measure.

Congratz on the new job! I hope it'll be as good as it looks to you now! -
Weeell. It lasted one month auntil.they started fucking around and 5 1/2 until I went. Guess it wasn't that great at after all

Update: after three month being unemployed I started working in the IT department of Europe’s biggest emergency callcenter (is that the correct term?) and its really great to work there. Homeoffice is allowed on Monday and Friday (currently we’re all working remotely) and we get great equipment. There are no hard deadlines only timespans where stuff should be done. Work atmosphere is great here and the projects are interesting as well. There’s no enforced tech stack and everyone can use the technology he/she wants to use to develop that project.
