If anyone can help

I need to copy 2000+ DVDs in 3 days. What are my options?

He’s ripping the national archives to make it freely available , he has the legal access but lacks the equipment.

Any help would be appreciated

    so assuming that copying a full dual layer dvd to a hard drive takes 30 minutes. Multiplied by 3000 equals to 62 Days and 12 hours. Which also means 26 Terrabytes of harddisk space is needed.

    In order to do that in 3 work days or 24 h nonstop. He'll need 3000 dvds / 48dvd per day = 62.5 DVD drives needed to reach your goal.

    Unless he hires a indian call center or something similar i see this as very unlikely to do this by himself. Especially because of the time factor.

    edit: i didn't sleep this night and misread 2000 for 3000. still as frodoswaggins said. lots of dvd drives and warm bodies.
