Why can't we program from thought instead of keyboards... It's fucking 2016.

Maybe keep mechanical keywords though :)

    I'm pretty sure there was a news article recently of something like that actually happening 😂

    I believe it can be done but in beginning stages. It would be really cool.

    Imagine that power in the hands of a marketard... end of the internet

    @mrstebo that's cool man!
    I just realized that I saw this channel a few years back when I started learning stuff, #nostalgic

    @Blacula, I just thought about typing, so it will be faster, kind of like vim.
    Marketers will still stuck at it imo

    Honestly at this point I think I type about as fast as I can think. <3 Cherry MX switches

    @edisonn I'm glad someone else is hesitant about this.

    I mean, my mind has a high level of entropy, even stone cold sober I'm possessed of some really weird thoughts.

    Like I'll be thinking about a function and let me demonstrate:

    "def add(a... gee I wonder when I can actually start using gradual typing in python, is it 3.5 or 3.6, I'll have a check online... hrm online, someone needs to have an online pizza box thing, like geek box, every n intervals a box with a new pizza flavour comes through the post. Post... oh yeah, my django project, where was I? oh gradual typing, heh it's how you could describe the act of using the keyboard by those who can't touch type 'gradual typing' crap is this thing still typing?!"

    @nmunro I think it will have context,
    Like:
    {
    programming: 0.9,
    casual_thought: 0.1
    } every dt.

    Then it will only write it if it passes a threshold. Don't stop technology if you can make it better.
