Root797506yTell me, @Yevko. How does LOS and map/obstacle learning differ from robot sensor visualization? Right, they don't. But players aren't setting up traps for your robots, either.
How do creatures (mobs/etc.) Move through a dynamic playground? Predefined pathing? Static hint nodes? lol no. They move thr same way a robot does: LOS and path learning.
These aren't modeling tools. They're some of the most basic tools of game "AI." So no, this isn't just robotics. It is very very much game development. -
Root797506y@Yevko Also, the graphic very much looks like a sound propagation graph (without deflection). Which, again, allows creatures to hear and locate the player, and vice versa.
