The sad part is that it's reality where I worked. The vibecoders came in past 10 a.m. and sometimes noon, not giving a fuck, and left by 2 or 3 p.m., while work was until 5 p.m.

The big boss was pissed off about this because he knew he was powerless as these coders were sadly his greatest coders in the office, not because they are vibecoders but because they happen to have the best technical skills.

Me? Like sad sap coming in at 9 and ending at 5. I mean.. this shit is all politics.

I saw such things happening before vibe coding. Enough DWA's. Devs with attitude :p Us was told at certain company that you could go home when sprint is finished 😁 Guess how many times that happened 😁
