IT Support Be Like:
User: “My computer is broken. Everything is broken. The whole system is down.”

IT: “Okay… what happened right before it broke?”

User: “…Nothing.”

IT: “Nothing?”

User: “…Well, I did click a pop-up that said ‘Your computer is infected, click here to fix,’ then I installed something called ‘SuperCleanUltraMaxOptimizerPro,’ then the screen turned blue, then I heard a noise that sounded like a dying microwave… but that couldn’t have caused it, right?”

IT: “…Right.”
Takes a deep breath, opens the toolbox, pulls out holy water and a USB stick.

@whimsical Well here, people manage to click on a fishing mail, see that it does not work and just forward the email to some random person and ask to try too... And no, they are not above 70yr...

So far no major virus or ransomware, I guess even hackers don't waste time on such brainless people xD
