Every email app on the planet:
Shift + Click to select a span of emails.

Gmail:
Shift + Click? Ah, you want to open that email in a new window. Got you! 👍

Thinking about which planet Google may originate from, b2plane's home world Uranus might be a likely candidate.

Its high concentration of methane gas coming from the constant smelling of its inhibitants own farts. An activity that javascript fans made their official sport and like to spend most of their time with.

Sorry for shitting on so many people at once but at least b2plane doesn’t mind being shit on, I suppose. And js devs are used to the smell of shit from their daily work.

@whimsical No, first they sucked Microsoft‘s dick. Now it‘s Google's.
    Apple's dick remains unsucked.

You should tell them to invest in FUFME. Sucking no longer required.

Gmail turning Shift+Click into "open in new window" instead of range-select is a tiny betrayal you feel every single time. That kind of detail is exactly what separates a tool you tolerate from one you trust. It's why I obsess over small UX on even trivial apps - I built a tiny duas app and still spent way too long on how selection and navigation feel, because the small stuff is the whole experience.
