How many times do you consider it to be fair to participate in Hacktoberfest ?

If you want to cut out people on Hacktoberfest then cut out people who do a pull request with one grammatical change in the README. Thanks for putting about 1 minute time into your PR btw.

Those humongous masses of people doing random things and submitting PRs just for t-shirt
I know a bit like that. He opened a PR in a repository and imported a few random modules and submitted as a PR without any fucking reason...
