    Let's say, if there was some other guy who was willing to go for the training but wasn't selected in the lottery !

    @ViRaS nope, you get selected and then theres a chance that you won't be taken, but the lottery renews next year.

    The biggest fucking joke is that you get paid 38€/month for your expenses as a "wage" basically. A fucking spit in the face.
