@blem14 I can't really do that, I live in a tiny village and the nearest city is 11km away.
I guess I can do some exercise, maybe it will help. -
stop68026yi feeling this much longer and a short time ago a doc found out that a hypovitaminose was the cause of this.

nibor48136yGet an exercise program, maybe running as it will get you out of the house. The couch to 5k program worked for me when I was seriously overweight and lazy af.

blem1410636y@PrivateGER any exercises will do the job, you "just" got to start. And as @SauceBoss said, testosterone, heavy lifting increase its levels. Can also confirm vitamin part, bad diet -> low energy.
Basicaly eat healthy, workout, have enough sleep.
I was lazy for about a half a year, now I am addicted to gym. Had to watch few videos on YT of guy explaining how to fix my back pains and got hooked. Hate to advertise channels, but Athlean-X explains it really well, so it might be helpful for you too. -
blem1410636y@SauceBoss afaik regular high intensitivity workouts increases testosterone level, thus interval cardio, strength training, heavy lifting - in general ones that pushes you to the limit. I am pretty confident about that. Of course that would not be a immediate boost, but in the long run... Immediate will be endorphines.
I have been completely out of motivation for around a week now.
Like, there is nothing left.
I've done nothing but playing Minecraft Factions and watching anime for hours in the last few days.
How do I make this stop? Help please.
