I'm using Keepass for many years now, together with Keepass2Android on my phone.
I really recommend it! A lot of things can be customized and there are many plugins (like loading your DB file from cloud storage etc).

Highly recommend KeePassXC (to get the same experience on all PC OSes) and KeePass2Android.
The autotype feature along with 2FA support (I advice not using that on the sale device that stores your passwords) are great!

Downside of KeepassXC:
It does not support Secure Desktop: https://keepass.info/help/kb/...

(Only matters for Windows users)
