				That depends what you mean by "respect for technology". If they refuse to use version control and make you write all code in MS word, then get the hell out of there.
 
 If they just don't rush with the times and jump on every buzzword bandwagon out there, and are maybe a little more old hat, then that's a good thing in my book.
