I like it when recruiters call me, it lets me know which companies to blacklist on my phone.

I had one company call that gave off all the vibes of being a recruiter. It wasn’t until I told him I couldn’t work for $20 an hour and he got confused that I realized it was actually an outsourcing service.

I refer to this as headbaiting ... It mostly means you are exactly what would fit the job they need to fix... I mostly hang up with these asap
