Just saying though, people complaining that they can't make good projects because it's turbo C++ and not some fancy modern thing like g++ doesn't really help.

(Of course TC++ should die already but that's not the point I'm trying to make)

Do your project in a regular ide and open the file in turbo c just before you show it to your teacher.
