I'm confused. You want to install wine and are annoyed by Linux asking you a yes or no question? Did I miss something?

@uziiuzair i'm installing wine32, a support package. "apt install wine32" added a fuckton of dependencies (see post's tags).

So... you expect your 64bit libraries to magically work with a 32bit program?

This isn’t windows buddy, where all that is pre-installed and out of the box.

I would dual boot with windows or have a vm with it tbh. I try to no mess with my clean installation

@C0D4 @FrodoSwaggins no shit. I'm running a 32-bit version of Linux, so 1. shouldn't need to install the same libs, 2. it shouldn't be installing x64 stuff as dependencies.

@JhonDoe my laptop struggles running all distros of Linux, Windows 7 takes 28 seconds to boot, but 7 minutes per frame to render a Youtube video at 360p. It's a 1.1GHz dual-core APU with a 128MHz (yes, MHz) GPU on a separate chip. I'm surprised it runs anything over Windows 2000. (OEM, it's a Win10 machine, but, uh... no, not happening.)
