So are those js IDEs so simple to use that even Java devs can handle it ?

But I couldn't care less, just get IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate, it supports basically every popular programming language. All other JetBrains IDEs are just stripped versions of IntelliJ IDEA with plugins for the particular programming languages included by default.
