I've kept training to those dumbfucks how this damn app works... Now they ask for a MANUAL, a fu****g PICTURE BOOK... INCLUDING PICTURES on how to confirm a fu*** email!!! How do you even live without brain at all?! Should i put a picture of a computer in it so these dumbfucks dont type on empty desk... JESUS!!!

Imagine if a mechanic got mad at you because he showed you how to take an engine out and reconstruct it completely, but you still didn't understand because you're not a mechanic or mechanically inclined.

Idk why it's so hard for people in this field to understand that not everyone is going to be technologically as competent as we are. Like some people don't give a shit about it, therefore, they're not going to know how to do anything and everything with a phone or computer.

I understand you've explained the app and all, but if you're being introduced to something completely new, the likelihood of it needing to be explained more than once to understand is rather high.

You could try making some screencast videos with key things explained. Worked quite well for our clients and it's not as labor intense as it sounds.
