I have this project manager that is stuck in the 90s.
I have to constantly get their approval. I ask several questions in an email. I get only one question answered, the last one, everytime.

You broke the 1 question per email rule. Lol

My boss is like that, I'll send 4 questions, get one response and a question about why I didn't do the other things, you know, the other three questions I asked because I needed them answered in order to finish their related tasks.

@shittywebdev Should I send 1 email per question?

@unfinishedCode I do. Too many people speed read their emails and blow past or straight up ignore questions. If you send them an email with 1 question, they are less likely to say they missed it. If they don't respond to the email, call them (but also forward the previous email to them and ask again. Gotta have that paper trail).

Having said that, it may not be a great idea to flood their inbox with question after question. Maybe save the less important questions for later.

So many shady people in business. Don't make it easy for them. Lol
