Bullshit. It's getting people to do/buy things by manipulating them into thinking you are helping them, then they find out you offer no help whatsoever and are just trying to earn a quick buck, so they don't recommend you to others (or recommend not buying your stuff), which in turn doesn't make your marketing effective at all.
