There was this time when I had to solo a couple of group projects. I worked so hard to the point I felt like barfing whenever I sit down in front of my desk and see code. I thought to myself: screw this career!

Solution: always work alone!

@Starkium Well to be honest, after that, I still preferred working alone given enough time unless my groupmates know tf they're doing. But now, whenever I estimate time to be inadequate, I encourage them to do their part, however convoluted they're work may be.

Gotten to the point of I'll do the leg work, you do the sprinkles on top ( and then I'll fix it later or incept the idea for how you should fix it into your head)
