You might remember this board from my last post...
After weeks and weeks of trying to get this microcontroller to work I finally managed, and of course the problem was that I was being stupid...
Anyway, it now fades an LED on and off! Very fun, now to make a keyboard...

    Thats so clean *-* you got a tutorial for making pcbs? The ones i have require a cnc and a methlab

    @ganjaman haha thank you But that was my first pcb there's a *lot* wrong with it

    Anyway, I designed it using KiCad, and sent the Gerber files to JLCPcb in China to manufacture them for me

    Looks great but I think the MCU is a bit overkill just for blinking an LED?!

    @JFK422 yeah, I designed this board just so I could test out the micro before using it to make a keyboard

    @kenogo haha well now the only issue is saving up some money to buy the parts

    @j4cobgarby

    Nice! Gotta respect the craft, even when it's humble beginnings.

    I'd really urge you to try to edge a PCB once, it's a lot of fun! Not cost effective, china is too cheap and the custom PCBs tend to be better than home-etched, but it's still fun.

    Love seeing there's more people here in to electrical engineering!

    @kenogo it depends, from RS I get free next day shipping on most components
