    My wife leaves them on, but Amber alerts are among the first things I disable when I get a new phone.

    Missing child alerts. Carriers in the US were mandated to broadcast them some years ago.

    Sounds like a good feature but only if it shows up with no sound and no vibration. Waking up the screen may also be too distracting.
