@oreru A floor is the level of a building, so the ground floor being the first floor makes sense to me.

"That's on the negative first floor."
"Take the elevator to floor minus one, then turn left."

It's hard to say and sounds weird.

@oreru That is also the system used in Norway. Sweden however uses the ground/zeroth floor system. I guess it varies from country to country.

I personally support the ground floor system.

In US ground floor always has a star. Even if it’s not the first floor
