Most Kotlin code is generated so I would not be surprised if what you have there is some kind of generated bullshit.

Kotlin does reduce code size, but for me ,it compromises the simplicity and easy to understand nature of a java code for a smaller looking code. So i think am gonna surf in the java boat for a while
