What sort of work do you do that requires three monitors?

@grumpyoldaf I'm working as a SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Developer. We are making solutions for all sorts of logistic processes and there you can never have enough monitor space... Especially if you have about 17 windows open at a time. And skype.

@grumpyoldaf 3 monitors are awesome .. the usual setup i'm using

working on live network: 1. communication (mail, team IM), 2. terminals (routers, etc..) / admin interfaces, 3. documentation/job aid

    programing: 1. terminals (servers), 2. IDE, 3. docs/browser/StackOverflow

Love that screen estate and lower need for alt+tab. But yeah, have just 2 at home at it is sufficient for the usual personal usage.

[tongue in cheek here]. You sir/madam, are a pathological, neurotic mess. How dare you show us a spotless desk, with no dust on it, no coffee ring stains, nothing in your inbox. You must stop at a pet store and beat up month old puppies on the way home! Didn't you know the Warsaw Convention strictly forbids neat desks? ;`]

Where is the dark background ? Are you a real Dev ? ( Pls don't get offended)

@copycat you clearly never worked with the infamous SAP GUI. You can develop in eclipse, but you will spend a lot of time in that GUI and there is nothing you can do to get a dark theme :D
