This may be a stupid question, but what other people? I was under the impression that planning poker is a technique for the people building the software, the dev team.

I heard about this too. I was also able to take a course on this. Sometimes I like to play, I download mobile app and used https://icasinoreviews.info/casino-... for this. There are a lot of methods in poker. You can study and study for a long time.
